New Beginnings Ministries of Peoria Youth Ministries
New Beginnings Ministries of Peoria has two youth groups, Youth of Destiny and YG13. Both prepare our young people for God’s Purpose. We aim to lead our youth to walk in their great destiny in God. Therefore, we minister to their spiritual and natural needs, and train them for ministry.
YOD Areas of Ministries
The focus areas of our ministries include:
- Youth of Destiny (YOD) Sessions – We hold YOD sessions on the second and fourth Sundays of each month at noon. YOD welcomes youths ages 5-17. New Beginnings Ministries of Peoria designs these sessions to present the Word of God in creative, exciting ways. As a result, we make the Bible easier to understand for the youths attending. Our sessions contain object lessons, skits, games, activities, open group discussion and practical life applications.
- Youth Group 13 & UP (YG13) – YG13, a group for ages 13-17, focuses on producing mature Christians from all walks of life. We hope to make our youths growing examples and witnesses of the gospel to their peer group. In fact, YG13 welcomes any youths who attend a church without a youth group or newcomers to the neighborhood. Of course, we welcome church members and those seeking like-minded company, too. YG13 meets every Wednesday from 6-7:45 p.m.
- Kingdom Kids Ministry – Kingdom Kids Ministry provides instruction for ages 12 and under. This group builds a biblical and spiritual foundation for children with fun and engaging bible stories, games and activities.
- Women of Worth Young Adult Ministry (WOW) – WOW, a group for women ages 18-30, rebuilds, uplifts and empowers young women. In addition, this ministry gets young women to begin living out their God-given purpose. Group remembers receive the message that the more we allow God to manifest Himself in our lives, the more whole we will become.
